Overview: The Revenue Operations (RevOps) role is pivotal in aligning and optimizing the processes, tools, and data across the revenue-generating teams—marketing, sales, and customer success—to ensure seamless and efficient revenue growth. The RevOps professional acts as a bridge between these departments, ensuring that their efforts are coordinated, data-driven, and optimized for maximum impact.

About the Project:

Our partner, CybeReady, is one of the “good guys”. CybeReady’s goal is to help organizations change their cybersecurity behaviour and culture. CybeReady is building a platform that automatically trains employees against phishing and other social engineering attacks. Its machine learning algorithms personalize training for each employee and send them the right phishing simulations and other training content.

Location: Remote from Poland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Streamline and standardize processes across marketing, sales, and customer success to eliminate inefficiencies and improve alignment.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to the revenue cycle. Ensure that data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
  • Technology Stack Management: Manage and optimize the use of tools and platforms that support the revenue operations process, such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop and maintain dashboards and KPIs that track the performance of the revenue teams. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Facilitate communication and project management across these teams.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Assist in the development of revenue forecasts and operational plans. Ensure that all teams are working towards shared goals and objectives.
  • Customer Experience Improvement: Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure that customers are supported throughout their journey, leading to higher retention and lifetime value.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead or support strategic initiatives aimed at improving revenue growth, such as pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and customer segmentation.
  • Marketing support: Develop and manage lead segmentation, prospecting, account-based marketing (ABM), and nurture campaigns, including email and LinkedIn outreach.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, such as sales operations, marketing operations, or finance. Experience in SaaS or tech companies is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in CRM systems (hands-on experience with HubSpot is a must);
    Marketing automation tools (e.g., WordPress), and data visualization platforms;
    Excellent communication and project management skills;
    Hands-on, hardworking, committed, and result-driven.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Mindset: A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the revenue cycle. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Language level: Proficiency in English.
