Job Summary
As a VIP Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value players, building strong relationships and enhancing their overall experience. You will manage player queries, ensure prompt issue resolution, and create tailored solutions to engage, retain and grow our VIP players, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players through personalized communication (email, chat, and phone).
- Manage player accounts, including handling withdrawal requests, offering bonuses, and monitoring activity.
- Suggest tailored offers and incentives to retain players and encourage further engagement while increasing revenue.
- Address player queries and concerns promptly, ensuring an exceptional level of service.
- Monitor VIP player behavior and report trends to the management team.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and support teams to deliver seamless service.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken, written, and reading English skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
